In August of 2021, we partnered with True-Storage to transform old department stores into True-Storage self-storage facilities. Scope of work included asbestos abatement, selective and interior demolition, earth work, and landscaping. At the beginning of these projects, the 90,000 square foot buildings were filled with interior walls, offices, shelving, merchandise, and even desks full of supplies and computers. By the end of the projects, we transformed the buildings into empty warehouses ready to be transformed into something new.
